MBT 2250 — Light Weight

The MBT 2250 is our automotive test lane, suitable for Axle weight up to 3,500 kg. This makes it a great compact option if you know you’re going to be testing cars Vans and light commercial vehicles.

This model features automatic start-up monitoring and delayed switch-on for added safety during operation.

It also allows for single-wheel testing, making it possible to carry out highly detailed analyses—great for high-performance tweaking.

The MBT 2250 uses an electronic strain gauge to ensure accurate measurements and has a splash-proof motor design for reliable performance.

MBT 4250 — Heavy Duty

The MBT 4250 is made to handle heavy vehicles, such as Trucks and Busses, up to 15,000 kg per Axle.

To make working with this model more convenient, it features a divided design that allows for it to be installed in a working pit.

The model has a number of intelligent features, including automatic switch-on after entering the tester and a slip cut-off designed to prevent damage to tyres.

Built robustly, the MBT 4250 can handle heavy use and is equipped with electronic strain gauges to facilitate highly accurate measurements.

MTL 5250 — Mobile All-Rounder

The MTL 5250 is unique among our range of roller brake testers because, unlike the others, it is designed to be mobile and above-ground. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of testing locations.

This agile device is something of an all-rounder, capable of handling heavy vehicles that weigh up to 18,000 kg per Axle.

The MTL 5250’s 170 mm drive-over height is considered quite low, which makes it much easier for vehicles to access it.

The device also features digital recording and storage capabilities to maximise accuracy, along with an integrated dynamic weighing system that enables weight assessments in real-time.

MBT 7250 — Extreme Heavy Duty

The MBT 7250 is our extreme heavy-duty roller brake tester, designed to accommodate heavy trucks and busses weighing up to 18,000 kg per Axle.

The device is designed to support busy workshops by facilitating a high vehicle throughput. Additionally, it can be optioned with an integrated roller set lift that can disperse weight and simulate loads during testing.
